Digital Delivery & Access Policy
Nutrition Pathway Book operates as a digital-first, paperless clinical nutrition practice. All consultations, intake documents, dietary guidelines, and progress notes are delivered entirely electronically.
1. Zero Physical Shipping Fees
Because our practice provides exclusively online professional consultations, no physical parcel shipping is involved. Consequently, there are never any shipping, handling, or courier delivery fees added to your consultation fee.
2. Delivery of Booking Confirmations & Video Links
Immediately upon booking confirmation, an automated confirmation email containing your secure encrypted video appointment link (Zoom / Google Meet) and calendar invite is dispatched to the email address provided during booking.
If you do not see the confirmation in your primary inbox within 15 minutes of scheduling, please check your spam folder or contact our administration desk at [email protected].
3. Delivery of Written Nutrition Plans
Following your 50-minute initial consultation, your registered nutritionist synthesizes the assessment notes into an actionable PDF summary. This document is delivered securely via encrypted email within 2 business days (48 hours) following the conclusion of your session.
